Parking

General Parking

The cost for general parking at ARCO Arena is undetermined at this time.

Limousines

Any limousines dropping fans off at the arena should enter on Box Office Drive. Parking for limousines is undetermined at this time.

RVs and Buses

Fans wishing to park RVs and buses at the arena should park in Lot M. Please enter Toll Plaza 9, which is located off Truxel Blvd. (You may also drop off guests at the Box Office Drive entrance.) Parking for RVs and buses is undetermined at this time.

Driving Directions

From Interstate 5 North
Take Interstate 5 to Del Paso Road. Turn right onto Del Paso Road. Turn right on Commerce Drive and take a left onto West Entrance Road. From here, please drive directly into Toll Plaza 3, or turn right on Sports Parkway and enter the parking lots further down through Toll Plaza 5 or 6. Please note that there is no general parking through Toll Plaza 4.

From Interstate 5 South
Take Interstate 5 to Del Paso Road. Turn left onto Del Paso Road and cross back over the freeway. Turn right on Commerce Drive and take a left onto West Entrance Road. From here, please drive directly into Toll Plaza 3, or turn right on Sports Parkway and enter the parking lots further down through Toll Plaza 5 or 6. Please note that there is no general parking through Toll Plaza 4.

From Interstate 80 East
Take Interstate 80 to Truxel Road. Turn left onto Truxel Road. Turn left on Arena Blvd. and take a right at South Entrance Road. Restrooms

Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located throughout the arena on the concourse level. All restrooms are clearly marked.

Handicapped Accessible Parking

To locate accessibly parking, please park in Parking Lot H. Please enter through Toll Plaza 5. For your convenience, you may also drop patrons off in front of the Box Office.

Concession Stand Accessibility

Each of the four main concession stands located on the concourse level feature an area to accommodate wheelchairs. These areas are located to the far right of each concession stand.

Hearing/Visual Assistance

The services of Sign Language Interpreters can be arranged by calling the ARCO Arena Box Office at (916) 928-900. Please notify the ARCO Arena Box Office seven (7) days in advance of the event you are attending. Arena Seating Special seating is also available for visually impaired guests. Please contact the ARCO Arena Box Office for assistance at (916) 928-6900.

FAQ

Can I bring food into the arena? Food, outside of baby food, may not be brought into the arena. ARCO Arena offers a wide variety of food favorites to choose from at its concession stands and specialty kiosks.

What do I do if I have special food requirements because of a medical condition? If you have special dietary requirements and have questions about food at the arena or are part of a catering event and require a special menu item, please contact the food and beverage department at (916) 928-8169 for more information or special arrangements.

Can I bring water into the arena? Outside beverages, including water, may not be brought into the arena. Water is available for purchase at any concession stand, or you may request a cup at any concession stand and fill it with water from the water fountain.
